What is 14R?
DEPLOY introduces the 14R: a flat-packed, rapidly-deployable concrete storage tank, touted as our most sustainable innovation yet.
Amidst global climate change challenges, DEPLOY leads the way in revolutionizing water storage with unprecedented convenience and sustainability. Traditional methods often face logistical hurdles and high labor costs, but the 14R redefines these norms. Combining concrete's durability with fabric's flexibility, it reduces installation times and enhances longevity. With over 50 years of collective expertise in water infrastructure technology, DEPLOY envisions a future where water solutions are accessible, efficient, and eco-friendly.
The 14R serves as critical emergency infrastructure for hospitals, clinics, public health buildings, power plants, food production facilities, and prisons. It is equally indispensable in disaster relief efforts, including displacement camps, soup kitchens, schools, and mobile hospitals, boasting a 14,000-liter capacity for essential supplies.
Why choose 14R?
Efficient Transportation
International:
Each 14R is housed in a (L) 2.34m x (W) 0.95m x (H) 0.75m wooden crate designed to fit perfectly into a standard container. Up to 36 units can be packed in a 40ft container or 18 units in a 20ft container, minimizing shipping costs.
Local:
Transport crates directly on a 2x1 m industrial pallet for easy and efficient loading into vans or pickup trucks.
Convenient Warehouse Stocking
The 14R wooden crates are stackable up to 3 levels, optimizing warehouse space. Up to 66 tanks can be stored in 50m² of warehouse area.
Rapid Deployment
Deploy and operational within 24 hours, the 14R utilizes revolutionary air-inflation technology for rapid setup, erecting in minutes. After hydration over an 8-hour curing period, the concrete walls are solid and ready for use upon installing the lid structure and unhooking the inflation system.
Easy Maintenance
Cleaning:
Our unique removable lid offers full access to the tank interior, enhancing visibility and operational efficiency during maintenance. The easy-to-clean geomembrane further facilitates cleaning processes.
Repairing:
Both the concrete-filled material and geomembrane can be repaired using thermo-welding. A heat gun can be used to cover punctures with an additional layer of geomembrane.
Upgrading:
Easily drill new holes with a standard hole drill for installing larger or additional inlet/outlet fittings or accessories. We recommend using bolted fittings for a secure seal.
Multi-Liquid Storage
We offer a variety of certified and industry-compliant liners suitable for numerous liquids, including potable and non-potable water, grey water, sewage water, hydrocarbons, and more.
